Shack Shine faced challenges managing digital ad accounts for 50+ franchises across various services. Jelly restructured outdated campaigns, and also revamped bidding strategies to maximize conversions and optimized Facebook ads to focus on booking conversions. The overhaul resulted in a 291% increase in leads, a 35.8% decrease in cost per lead, and a 16.7% improvement in budget pacing, with better alignment to user intent and improved ad quality.
The PNE Winter Lottery faced two main challenges: lower familiarity compared to the more popular Prize Home Lottery and difficulty in promoting daily cash prizes effectively. Key adjustments were made to focus spending on high-intent periods and use softer retargeting during the holidays. The campaign generated 765 purchases via Facebook Ads, achieving a 555% return on ad spend, and 389 purchases via Google Ads, with strong conversion rates across both platforms.

ITAC tasked us with promoting the Original Original campaign in summer 2021 to encourage Canadians to explore Indigenous tourism experiences domestically as travel restrictions eased.
